Chairman’s Statement — Annual Report 2025

“We are pleased to present to our clients, partners, and the broader business community the first Annual Report of Ejada Systems Company — a milestone that reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and governance excellence.”

Under the guidance of our board, Ejada has continued to execute its STAR strategy with precision and purpose. We have strengthened our core business, expanded into new sectors, and invested significantly in our people and technology capabilities.

The year 2025 saw Ejada secure SAR 3.33 billion in new contracts — 127% of our annual target — while raising our Saudization rate to 72.1% and Saudi management representation to 61%. These are not merely numbers; they represent our deepening commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and our responsibility as a national technology champion.

Our governance framework has been substantially strengthened. The establishment of three board committees — Executive, Audit, and Nomination & Remuneration — ensures robust oversight of our strategic direction, financial integrity, and talent development. The appointment of a CSE-certified sustainability consultant in November 2025 marks our commitment to responsible business practices.

As we prepare for our IPO listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in 2026, I am confident that Ejada is well-positioned to capture the enormous opportunities presented by Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation agenda. Our track record of 20+ years, our 500+ enterprise clients, and our 4,020 dedicated professionals form the foundation of a company built to lead.

“The STAR strategy is delivering measurable results across every pillar. SAR 3.33B in new contracts, 40 new clients, and a Saudization rate of 72.1% — we are building the digital backbone of Saudi Arabia.”

In 2025, Ejada achieved record performance across every key metric. Revenue grew 26% to SAR 1.776 billion, new contracts reached SAR 3.33 billion — 55% growth year-on-year and 127% of target — and our delivery workforce reached 4,020 professionals with a Saudization rate of 72.1%.

We deepened partnerships with Google Cloud (Country Partner of the Year), AWS, ServiceNow, and Palo Alto Networks (Diamond Partner), and expanded our managed services portfolio to serve 500+ enterprise clients across 8 technology horizontals.

Our STAR strategy delivered across all four pillars: we solidified our core with 30 new clients and SAR 3.33B in contracts; we transformed our delivery model with cloud-native and AI-powered solutions; we accelerated into new sectors including Healthcare, Transportation, Retail, and Sports & Tourism; and we reinvented our business model with 6 SaaS products now live on eHub and major cloud marketplaces.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are actively preparing for our IPO listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). With a strong balance sheet, a growing recurring revenue base, and a team of 4,020 dedicated professionals, Ejada is ready to write the next chapter of Saudi Arabia’s digital future.
